Paige is the bridal manager for the Columbus store location. With a smile that lights up the room, Paige is sure to give you and your guests a warm welcome to our showroom. Her expertise stems from a background in fashion merchandising from Kent State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. “I’m really good at listening to what brides want,” said Paige, who describes herself as patient and laid back. Her best advice for first time shoppers is to not bring too many people to the appointment. “Choosing a wedding dress can be really overwhelming for a bride, especially when there are a lot of opinions being thrown her way. It’s best to only bring your closest and most trusted loved ones.”
Known for her kind personality and striking sense of style, Rachael interned at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City while pursuing her degree in fashion merchandising from Kent State University. She thinks wedding dress shopping should be anything but stressful, and her focus is always on delivering a fun, relaxing, memorable experience for her brides and their guests. Rachael says her favorite part of the job is seeing the bride in her gown after all of the alterations have been completed and she has all of her accessories on. “It is the most rewarding feeling to see the bride so happy!”
Deborah is a veteran of the bridal industry with over 25 years of experience as a stylist and buyer. She joined the Henri’s team when our Columbus store first opened its doors in 2010, and since then, she has dressed thousands of brides, bridesmaids, and mothers. “Every bride is unique, and it’s my job to find the perfect gown for each one. I love meeting my clients and their families and being a small part of their big day.” Deborah is best known for connecting with her brides, and her fun-loving personality and sense of humor make wedding dress shopping with her a breeze.
Elora’s energetic attitude and bright smile will captivate the room. Elora grew up in Columbus, Ohio and even found her senior prom dress at Henri’s. After graduating high school, she continued her studies in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Elora’s love for the bridal scene has led her to become the head of the bridesmaid’s department. “My favorite part of working with bridesmaids is assisting the bride and bringing her vision to life, through her closest friends”. Since becoming an employee at the Columbus location, Elora has spread positivity throughout the store and connected personally with brides and bridesmaids alike.
Jacob’s calm and collective composure will make you feel right at home. His experience comes from a background in fashion editorial styling. Jacob has been featured in multiple publications and has worked in the music industry for 5 years. He also studied at Columbus College of Art & Design and graduated with a degree in illustration with a focus in portraiture. “I really try to make sure I am listening to what my brides want and need, making sure that they are relaxed” said Jacob. His best advice for first time shoppers is to have an idea of what they are looking for. “Create a Pinterest board or wishlist of styles you might like to try, and then bring all of your inspiration to your appointment."
You're in good hands with Hannah! Hannah has always loved weddings ever since she was a little girl, and she worked as a wedding decorator for almost two years before joining the Henri's team. Her brides have described her as knowledgeable and super friendly, and her bubbly and energetic personality will calm any dress shopping nerves you may have. "My one piece of advice for brides is to have a feel of what you want your wedding to be whether it be rustic, whimsical, or elegant," says Hannah. "Imagining the mood you'll set on your wedding will help you narrow down what style and kind of dress you want for your big day.”
Lauryn Tobin is the bridal manager at Henri’s Minerva. Known for her honesty and expertise, Lauryn’s love for all things bridal began at Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising. Her favorite wedding dress designers are Morilee and Allure, which she describes as fashion-forward, on top of the latest trends, and available at a great price point for her clientele. “I love getting to know my brides,” said Lauryn. “Learning about their big day and helping them find their dream dress is my favorite part of my job.”
Expert bridal stylist and fashion enthusiast Liz Bermudez has been in the wedding gown business since she was 17 years old. “It’s something I’ve always been into,” said Liz. During her years of experience, she has dressed hundreds of brides, and she describes herself as a professional consultant who is happy to go above and beyond for her brides. Liz’s best advice for first time shoppers is to be open to the experience and trust your consultant to pull different styles. “Don’t be afraid to try something outside your comfort zone. You might find things you didn’t expect to love!”
For over 15 years, Alanna has been passionate and enthusiastic about her work in the retail industry. Her patient, caring, honest, and witty personality shines through while styling brides, bridesmaids and mothers. Her favorite part about her job is getting to know her clients on a personal level. "Finding 'the dress' can be one of the most emotional moments when becoming a bride," says Alanna. "Oftentimes they are surrounded by the people they love, and it's such a special moment.
