Absolutely LOVE Henri's. They have the best wedding dresses and they are so unique. Everyone loved my dress.

I personally would recommend Henris to EVERYONE! I love it there! The girl who helped me (Amber) is amazing! The customer service was great not only has she been a huge help in organizing my fittings, but she has also been upfront with anything that could become a problem. (colors, styles, and time lines) If I ever need anything I know I can call on Amber and she will be there to help. My dress also came in early and is a perfect fit! I even received thank you notes from Amber and it really made me feel like a valued customer.

In addition to both of my sisters and I getting all of our prom dresses at Henri's, both of my sisters also bought their wedding gowns and the bridesmaids gowns at Henri's. I have purchased a homecoming dress there as well. I'm getting married next summer and will be ordering all of the gowns from there as well. Henri's has solid gold customer service that you just can't get anywhere else.

I drove to Henri's Cloud Nine after a friend had told me about all of there amazing prom dresses! So, my mother and I went there and couldn't believe the selection they had! Plus there customer service was amazing! After buying All of my Prom Dresses there I returned to by my Wedding Gown, Bridesmaids dresses, and Tuxes there!
Henri's has such wonderful selection of dresses and their customer service is amazing!

The staff at Henri's are really talented at picking up on the specifics of a bride's taste My consultant was attentive, friendly, and helpful, alerting me to an upcoming sale all the while maintaining an incredible degree of patience. I will be purchasing my dress from Henri's thanks to their wonderful selection and great customer service!

We just wanted to thank you for the gorgeous Sherri Hill gown that we purchased thru a Sherri Hill trunk show we attended at your Minerva store last year. My daughter, Paige Samblanet, wore it this weekend for a pageant and received really great feedback from the judges, as well as winning a $2000.00 savings bond. Wanted to give you an update on Gabriella's first ever pageant experience at National American Miss (Michigan) July 26-28, 2012. She wore a dress purchased from your Columbus location --- which by the way we LOVED the experience and knowledge of Nate!!! Gabriella had a great time at the pageant --- received SEVERAL compliments on her dress...I had 3 Mom's that approached me and asked specifically WHERE we got the dress!!!! Gabriella did NOT get the queen title nor was she on the court....but she did get in the TOP 20 (142 contestants) and also placed 4th in the TOP MODEL competition. Just wanted to provide an update .... please pass this info along to Nate and also to Emily the women that did the alterations!! We LOVE your store and the staff!!!! Thanks again - Stephanie Sanchez

My name is Rhonda Smith and I ordered the JASZ 4539 prom dress from you on April 17, 2012. In today's world, a good word doesn't go across the street and a bad word will travel over the world. So, I thought it was important to tell you about the good service that was provided for me.I called the Minerva, OH store number and I was forwarded to another operator. I had the pleasure of having Meagan assist me with my purchase. My daughter was set on this dress and I could not find any formals outfit that could get it for me. I was going to order it online and had a question about it so I decided to call your company.

Not only did Meagan answer my questions, she saved me a fortune! I looked locally and the best price I could get was $472.00 plus shipping and they were not even sure they would have it to me in time. I ended up purchasing the dress for $378.00 for the dress, $0 sales tax, and $20.00 shipping for a total of $398.00 AND they will have the dress to me in about a week which is 2 weeks prior to the date of the prom.
